At Persado I hold a key leadership position reporting to Chief Customer Officer, where I am responsible for developing the strategy that ensures customers adopt and realize value from our product. My team spearhead initiatives that have resulted in a 130% increase in NPS and contributed to an improved Net Retention of 12% yoy and a 45% yoy increase in ARR.
